My friend wants to know about the case study of oil and energy. He asked me ," From where should I get information , who is the most oil producing company in the world?" I suggested him to research about Saudi Aramco because If we discuss about oil the first name comes on the tongue is 'Saudi Aramco'.
Saudi Aramco is officially known as 'the Saudi Arabian oil company' , is a Saudi Arabian multinational petroleum and Natural gas company. This company is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia . Saudi Aramco is leading producer of the energy and chemicals that drive global commerce and amplify the daily lives of people around the world.

The Politics of Saudi Arabia is the owner of the company, whose leader is prime minister of Saudi Arabia. The president & CEO of the company is Amin H. Nasser and the Chairman Wes Meadows, Executive Director of the company is Yasir Al-Rumayyan. Aramco reported its net income at $111.1 billion with total revenues at $355.9 billion in 2018. The Subsidiaries of Aramco are SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company and many more. There are 76000 workers working the company.
The company Saudi Aramco was established in 1933. It was formed as the product of a concession Agreement between the Saudi Arabian government and the standard oil company of California (SOCAL). Aramco began its first drilling operations shortly after, starting its first commercial oil production in 1938.

The major products of the company are Petroleum, Natural Gas and other petrochemicals.  It is one of the largest companies in the world by revenue. Saudi Aramco has both the world's second largest  proven crude oil reserves, at more than 270 billion barrels, and largest daily oil production of all oil producing companies.

Saudi Aramco operates the world's largest single hydrocarbon network, the master gas System. It manages over one hundred oil and gas fields in Saudi Arabia, including 288.4 trillion standard cubic feet (scf) of natural gas reserves. Saudi Aramco operates the Ghawar field, the world's largest onshore oil field, and the Safaniya Field, the world's largest offshore oil field.
Saudi Aramco origins trace to the oil shortages of World War-1 and the exclusion of American companies from Mesopotamia by the United Kingdom and France under the San Remo Petroleum Agreement of 1920.

Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Saudi Arabia had been considering to put a portion of Saudi Aramco's ownership,up to 5%, onto public trading via a staged initial public offering (IPO) as to reduce the cost to the government of running the company. IPO refers to the process of offering shares of a private corporation to the public in a new stock issuance. Public share Issuance allows a company to raise capital from public investors.

Now, Saudi Aramco is the second most Valuable company in the world after Apple. Recently, Apple Overtook Aramco to become world's most valuable company, before that Saudi Aramco was top in the list.I think the whole world's oil and energy is controlled by Saudi Aramco.

Saudi Aramco is a place where Energy is Opportunity.
